How long will my package take to arrive?

  • Your order is being packed and shipped from our warehouse in Utah(US orders only), or South Korea(Other Countries). Orders with standard shipping will take approximately 7-14 business days to be delivered.
  • Although we try to maintain inventory of all products in the warehouse, occasionally an item will be backordered. Normally, the product will become available in a week. You will receive e-mail notification as soon as the product ships.

How do I know my package has shipped?

  • When orders are packed in our warehouse in Utah(US orders only) or in South Korea(Other Countries), a tracking number will be emailed to you. The tracking number allows you to see where your package is and when it will land on your door step.

What do I do if a part of my order is missing?

  • If you ordered multiple items, your order may have been sent in two or more separate parcels. Please check your emails to see if you were sent multiple tracking numbers.
  • If you have not received all orders within a week, please contact our Customer Service Team for more information.

What do I do if my package does not arrive in the estimated timeframe?

  • All standard orders take 7-14 business days to land on your doorstep. The estimated time of delivery can be delayed due to weather and/or road conditions. The carrier's website will often state if packages are being delayed due to weather.
  • If the tracking number shows your package has been delivered and you have not receive it, please contact us at support@goodmonday.me

How do I track my order?

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND VAT

What is custom duty?

  • Customs duty is a tax that is determined by the customs authority of your country based on product type, known as commodity, value, weight and dimensions. Customs duty is established by your customs authority.

Why would customs delay the delivery of my package?

  • Customs may inspect your package due to a product name, description, commodity type, and/or value. Some of our product names can be questioned by customs, such as Red Wine or Cucumber resulting in customs inspecting a package. Customs may also review the value of an item.

Do I pay VAT?

  • Yes. Local taxes/vat might be added upon delivery for any countries (at random). We try our best to help you avoid the taxes; however, in the occurrence of such event, we will not be responsible for VAT.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

How do I cancel my order?

  • Unfortunately, in the majority of cases, we are unable to cancel an order once the orders are processed for shipment.
  • If you would like to inquire about the possibility of order cancellation, please contact Customer Service and include your order number for faster service.

When will the credit card appear on my credit card?

  • Once the return is received, please allow 10-14 business days for the credit to appear on your account. Credit will be issued to the payment method or credit card used for your original purchase only.

What is your return policy for new products?

  • It the item you received from us is not the item you ordered or it is damaged in some way, we will make every effort to replace it as soon as possible or we will gladly take back the item and credit you the merchandise price along with shipping and handling costs.

How do I make a return?

For hygiene reasons, we do not exchange or refund Pillows. Please ensure you select these items carefully before purchase.

To make a return, please take the following steps:

  • BEFORE returning any products please email us at support@goodmonday.me.
  • Include a note containing your name, shipping address, phone number and email, and reason for the return.
  • Wrap the item with quality padding and place in an appropriate box for shipping.
  • Package must be returned prepaid- we do not accept COD packages. All refunds will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase or, if the product was purchased eleswhere, store credit will be issued.
